Dear Parents and Students,

THE GREATEST SHOW
Over the last two days our Year 5 and 6 students have all been part of creating their production called ‘The Greatest Show’. They have done a fantastic job choreographing dances, writing the script, designing and building the stage set, working out the lighting and sound, learning and singing the songs, making the costumes and learning how to apply makeup, directing the cast and of course learning how to act their parts and have stage presence.
This is a massive undertaking and I would like to congratulate all our students for their important part in putting on such a tremendous show. It was great teamwork and amazing to see our students step up and shine in ways we have never seen before. Outstanding work Year 5 and 6’s.
Supporting and helping our students 100% of the way were our amazing team of teachers, who have planned and worked well together. Your hard work and commitment to enable such an experience is very much appreciated!

It has been a wonderful term full of lots of learning and big events like Cross Country, Disco, Rippa, Soccer, Grit Camp, Chess Tournaments, Year 1 to 4 Workshops and The Greatest Show. We look forward to Term 3 and being scientists who look at forces, magnetism, Planet Earth and Beyond.

Assembly this Friday - 2.30pm in the hall. The travel raffle will be drawn!

Our staff wish you all happy holidays and thank you for your marvellous support during the term.

Take care
Kevin
